Jeff Delle Fave has over 28 years of International Tax experience working in both public and corporate tax environments. Jeff was a National tax partner in the ITS Capital Markets practice of Ernst & Young LLP. He later left public accounting as Executive Vice President for a multibillion dollar life reinsurance group that he originally helped structure. Following the eventual sale of that enterprise to a private equity group, Jeff was Vice Chair of Tax and Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Lead for Experis Finance and later as Partner In-Charge of McGladrey LLP’s Florida International Tax Practice. Jeff focuses on bringing Big 4 International Tax Partner and In-House Corporate tax executive experience to client engagements on a value driven and cost-effective basis. Jeff also focuses on external consultant/auditor management and coordination to drive out unnecessary fees at his clients.
